Jockey Lucy Warwick is unable to take the ride on last-start winner Quilista on Sunday at Bunbury Turf Club.

The Justin Warwick-trained filly will have to again overcome a wide barrier draw when she runs in the $17,500 Bunbury Subaru Roysy’s Ripper Handicap (1116m).

Fresh from her maiden win at Pinjarra last month, the three-year-old will start from barrier 11.

But Warwick’s daughter Lucy, who rode the winning ride on Quilista over 1200m also from barrier 11, is unable to ride after suffering a concussion in a fall during a trial on Monday at Bunbury.

Chris Parnham will take the ride on Sunday.

Capel-based jockey Kate Witten will ride for John Parker in the same race, replacing Shaun McGruddy aboard Military Rock.

Military Rock, whose form is just one win from 25 starts, has not claimed victory since August 2015, and could be due for a spell, having been in work this campaign since September last year.
