AFL live updates: Fremantle Dockers hoping to dominate Gather Round Stage against Collingwood

AFL: Fremantle are main event footy as they look to claim another big scalp as they take on Collingwood under the Friday night lights in Gather Round.
The Dockers are unchanged for a third straight week as the Pies welcome back the services of a superstar duo in Nick Daicos and Scott Pendlebury.
These two sides have produced some classics in recent times, with their last three games producing a combined margin of 15 points.

Dockers' defence fall asleep
Deep kick inside 50 but Alex Pearce and Brennan Cox don’t jump allowing McStay to take an uncontested mark.

Fremantle threatened to break the game open in that term with their three-goal burst to start the quarter.
But once the Pies stopped the bleeding they played slow and regained the territory advantage.
They sit at plus 18 inside 50s and while they still haven’t converted that well the Dockers did not get a look on goal through the second part of that term.
Luke Jackson had a big quarter being forced to ruck with eight disposals and up to 31 hit-outs.
Nick Daicos has 25 touches while Anderson was superb.
Dockers can’t let Collingwood own their space if they’re going to claw a result.
Pies back in front
After the Dockers’ hot start Collingwood have regained control over the last 10 minutes.
Angus Anderson has provided them a saprk and the Dockers are once again loncked inside D50.
Repeat entries give Jack Crisp a look at goal and he makes no mistake to retake the lead.

A goal on debut
Angus Anderson has not looked out of place and finally gets his chance having been on a few times inside 50 but not used.
His kick looks like a shank but it works back to split the middle and the Pies get around him.
Margin back to two points as the Pies once again control the territory.
Dudley has two!
Another centre clearance win and it’s Dudley again who’s in the right place at the right time as Switkowski finds him all alone in forward 50.
He snaps through his second and Collinwood are suddenly reeling.
Dockers come out firing!
Dockers have started far better this quarter winning the first two centre clearances with purpose.
Isaiah Dudley converts before Murphy Reid burts out the middle to hit up Jye Amiss on the lead and the Dockers have the
lead after two goals in two minutes.

Collingwood has 35 inside 50s to 20 and despite Freo dominating hit-outs the clearances are even.
The Dockers have also committed 38 turnovers with most coming across half back such has been the pressure they’re under.
Luke Ryan is standing up the best with three tackles and 15 disposals.
